Day 9 - stewed fruit and yoghurt, salad roll, banana, grapes, grapefruit, salmon and salad.
Nearly done...can't wait for a coffee! Happy Days...M x
Day 2 - freshly juiced apple, carrot and mint, then rest of yesterdays soup, sweet potato salad and cooked cauliflower with cheese!
Going well so far, felt terrible yesterday afternoon and evening but today feeling good.
